Back to the gri(n)d.

Another new month meant another 40 MP3s from eMusic, so I got the following:
- John Coltrane - Lush Life and Soultrane
- Miles Davis Quintet - Cookin' With The Miles Davis Quintet and Relaxin' With The Miles Davis Quintet
- Sonny Rollins - Plus 4 and Way Out West
- Mozart - Piano Concertos (performed by The Academy Of St. Martin-In-The-Fields Under Neville Marriner)
- Philip Glass - Symphonies No.s 2 and 3 (dipped into yet another subscription "Booster Pack" to get this one)
Also, just because I can, I cashed in some Air Miles and got U2's The Best of 1980-1990 and The Best of 1990-2000 on CD.
Not much else to say. Still sleeping badly, trying to dig out The Hovel, blah blah blah. Big shout-out to several of my fellow bloggers who attended Maria's citizenship party last night. Sorry, I'm lazy, so no linking.

Another great mood board. Right now, I'm not so much liking the Miles Davis "*in'" recordings but that's because I'm deeply immersed in his electronic Bitches Brew.
The dead musicians look so serious and the living musicians look so faux-serious, or maybe I'm projecting...
