You did much better than I did - I got a whooping 10 out of 15 right. I bombed on the "techno" and "new wave" section.

Heh. I got 14 out of 15, and I never owned or even listened to some of those albums. There were some pretty broad clues in the album descriptions, and if you spent most of the 80's listening to, talking about, and shopping for music, you can't help but have heard of them.
If someone were to make a 90's album quiz, I'm sure I'd fail it miserably.

Wow...nostalgia and retro are less than 6 degress apart. Another old chesnut of the 80's has put out a re-mix.
Kraftwerk's Tour de France, sounds, well cheesy in it's newfangled form. Or maybe that's the sound of me gettin' way old...

I knew some by sight, some by clues, and some by guessing.
Some, I obviously didn't know.
Not bad for a guy whose recollection of the 80's is limited to He-Man, GI Joe, and Strawberry Cow syrup.
